Frequently Asked Questions

Some of the questions we get asked the most; if you have any concerns or further questions don't hesitate to contact us and we'll gladly guide you through our policies.

  • What kind of contract will I have?
    We make seasonal contracts, anywhere between 1 and 11 months according to the civil code, which allows us to quickly and efficiently solve any possible non-payment issues.
  • Who pays for the apartment’s utilities and expenses?
    Zenit Rooms takes care of all utilities (power, water, gas and internet). We also take care of expenses derived from cleaning services and insurance.
  • What happens if my payment is late?
    Payment is to be made every month before the 5th. In case of non-payment, the contract will be nulled.
  • What happens if my payment is late?
    Zenit Rooms will ensure that everything runs smoothly, so you won’t have to worry about any maintenance incurred by use. If there is damage due to a tenant’s misuse of the flat and its furnishings, repairs will be covered by the tenant.

A rule of thumb

At Zenit Rooms we want everyone to be happy and in harmony, that’s why we consider that:

  • We all love to have parties BUT THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO DO THEM.
    Of course you can have visitors! As long as they are respectful of everybody’s schedules and the specific needs and rhythms of the flat and its occupants.
  • RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS. After 23hs keep an eye on the noise, both at home and in the stairs.
  • IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE AT HOME, nor leave cigarette butts as a souvenir in the staircase to remember the way.
  • We do have cleaning service, BUT it’s not 24 hours, so together, let’s keep the space enjoyable for everyone. The common spaces are COMMON. It’s nice to find an ok bathroom, an ok kitchen and an ok living room, right?
  • In general, BE CAREFUL, they haven’t done anything to you.
  • BIKES cannot be left in the entry. It’s forbidden by the community.

If you don’t feel like doing all this, this apartment is not for you. 🙁
